"The apartment is too small to comfortably accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It would be more suitable for a family of 3 at most. On the last day, there were strong winds, resulting in a power outage across the entire area for 3 hours. We were surprised that in a region known as a ski destination, a windy day could cause such an extended power cut. Additionally, there was no water supply due to the lack of a functioning pump. "This hotel was beyond perfect for our purposes. It was a sanctuary of calm just far enough away from bustling downtown Bariloche and yet a very easy drive to all of the area’s amazing natural attractions. We had a vehicle so we wanted to avoid any surprise parking concerns / fees, which likely would have been the case in-town.
All of the staff were completely professional and could not have been more kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!"
