"The property was beautiful, well furnished, and had plenty of kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware, etc. The owner and property manager couldn’t have been nicer. We would go back there in a minute.There’s a beautiful view of the mountains in the back yard. And, we even saw a deer peeking at us in the backyard."

"This house is beautiful and perfect for our family! We rent it every time we are in Sandy. Emmy is very responsive. The house is clean, comfortable, and has really good beds. Also, the host thought of everything. There is an extension cord next to the bed so you can plug in your sleep sound/cpap whatever you need. The only challenge I can even think of is that the front light shines in the master bedroom if you don't shut it off. Flipped the switch and everything was perfect.Thanks Emmy! We will be back."

"Second time staying here and this visit matched our previous stay. Everything is clean and convenient. Pat is responsive and attentive. Good internet connectivity, huge refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and onion. Heating and cooling worked perfectly as springtime days are warm and nights are still chilly. Location is convenient to all Sandy destinations including the Brighton snowboarding resort (19 minutes drive). Quiet and very cozy. Intend to return next year for Archery National Championships in April 2027."

"The house was immaculate. The yard was great for our dogs. They enjoyed running the large yard. We did not use the hot tub. The only small issue was that the next door neighbor has allowed his dogs to dig a small place under a place under the fence and stick his head under it. We did move a piece of lawn furniture to cover that for our dog's safety. Minor inconvenience."
