"This property is best suited for late check-in, early check-out. I could not find anything on Orbitz about the time of the continental breakfast, but my experience with this type of property is always it opens at 6:00AM. The information card in the room said it opened at 6:00AM. I stood there waiting at 6:00AM, but the desk person informed me it opened at 7:00AM. Not convenient for a person traveling. There is only one entrance door to the property, and apparently it is the gathering spot for smokers. I had to navigate several smokers and a huge cloud of smoke to enter. Not very appealing, at all. Basically, this is a "get what you pay for" property."

"Very upset!! Was told to just call for our shuttle pick up from airport. Called for over an hour and had to spend additional $30 on Uber.when arrived back at desk nobody to be found even has people waiting to check in. Want a refund!!"
