Un cauchemar. A fuir.

Logement : insalubre. Saleté repoussante. L'électroménager est HS démonté au milieu des pièces (cuisine et véranda). Crasse de plusieurs centimètres sur évier et haut du réfrigérateur. Robinet d'eau cuisine HS. Pas de lumière dans les sanitaires. Exterieur : terrain vague. Déchetterie ou trônent une voiture en panne et des vieux outils pourris. Dangereux ++ Une honte à louer. J'ai pris des photos et filmer. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir partager ces éléments. Je les tiens à disposition d'abritel si nécessaire. J'ai été rembourser de la location mais quid des billets de train taxi et préjudice morale ? Vacances gâchées. Nous sommes repartis par le premier train du lendemain matin.

Calme et nature pour cet emplacement idéal pour visiter le nord du Cotentin

La description est fidèle à la réalité. Le propriétaire, Eric Mayor, est très attentif au bien-être de ses résidents et très réactif pour satisfaire leurs demandes. Il a été très souple sur nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ et accueille ses hôtes avec des boissons variées à disposition (surprise !!!) Les échanges avec lui ont été très agréables. Cette année, il y a eu des travaux et le terrain a besoin d'être réaménagé en jardin pour plus d'agrément. Le chalet est en pleine nature dans le bocage normand, sans voisin et sans vis-à-vis : c'est le calme et la tranquillité absolus. Il n'y a pas de vue car le terrain est plutôt encaissé et entouré d'arbres. Un tout petit bémol pour l'antenne visible sur la colline en face mais elle n'empêche pas d'admirer les étoîles . A 10 mn en voiture de la zone commerçante de Cherbourg où l'on trouve tout. Sentier de randonnée PR longeant la propriété et qui rejoint un GR. Nombreuses ballades pour randonneurs et VTT. Idéal comme point intermédiaire entre la pointe de La Hague et Barfleur. Super location avec mon gros toutou ! Merci à Eric pour cette belle semaine.

Simplicité, bienveillance, au calme complet

Nous avons passé le séjour idéal ! A la fois discret et prévenant, Eric s'est plié en quatre pour nous. C'était une très belle rencontre. Quant au chalet, il est au calme complet, dans la verdure, très confortable, bien équipé. Un vrai paradis. Nous reviendrons !
