The front entrance and the parking lot across the street
were not sufficiently lighted, walking was a bit treacherous.
The shower door in our room needs to be realigned, very
difficult to open and close. Otherwise we were very happy
with our stay and plan on returning.

Outstanding. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I've been all over the world. The hotel room was perfect but what shined was the impeccable service. The Boston Harbor Hotel had an amazing staff who were personable, always available and willing to assist in any way. Truly a gem.

Room was little dirty compared to normal (stuff under glass that couldn’t be wiped). Shower was awful like air in the lines and spits at you. We have stayed many time do to the convenient a near convention center. We paid for late check out and never fails - keys always stop working even after paying ...
