The house is located in the city center, on a quiet street, 2 minutes walk from the marina and 10 minutes from the beach. Nearby you will find the marina and its restaurants, the large seafront and the beach, a spa and a swimming pool, the Casino, a mini-golf course, the cinema, the bars and its large Saturday market. A children's park is located 2 minutes' walk from the house. The ferry is less than 10 minutes away on foot. THE HOUSE Capacity: 6 people and 1 baby The house is an atypical fisherman's house, it is furnished and organized on 3 levels with: On the ground floor: \_ main room with an equipped kitchen with a hob, extractor, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker and kettle . Also a high chair. On the 1st level: \_ living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, chest of drawers; bathroom with separate WC. On the 2nd level: \_ large bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a folding bed. On the 3rd level: \_ Bedroom with two single beds, two closets. Duvets and pillows are provided, however sheets and linens are not. SPECIAL FEATURES Arrival and departure times to be defined when booking. A well equipped kitchen, pleasant environs and lovely living spaces. It's worth noting the staircase is very narrow and steep.
