Im Sommer kann ich es nicht empfehlen, weil sich die Hitze drin staut. Der Balkon ist nicht zur alleinigen Nutzung! Also konnte man die Balkontür nachts nicht auflassen. Fliegengitter fehlen leider auch, somit waren viele Mosquitos im Raum. leider ist es auch sehr hellhörig im Gebäude. Pluspunkt ist, dass ich meinen Hund mitnehmen konnte.
