"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Hotel Jungfraublick Wengen

10/10 Excellent

"What a location ! Views were fantastic ! Room was super comfortable and staff were very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend getting the courtesy shuttle to drop and pick up at the Wengen train station. The hotel is a short walk uphill and can be difficult to manage with multiple suitcases. Property is centrally located with many great restaurants within walking distance. Close to the train station and connected by train and gondola to the rest of the valley."

"Great location in heart of Interlaken walking distance from train station and shops/restaurant. Breakfast included. Bathrooms need updating, but bed comfortable and otherwise great room. Not fancy or luxurious, but clean and comfortable and great location. Made day trips to Jungfraujoch and Lauterbrunnen, which are both worth your time, but require full days. Wish we had done the paragliding big time and weather didn’t permit."
