Parking is terrible. Most nights they had charter buses, which took up many parking spaces and customers would not park properly, which would cause others to have to park elsewhere. Management would not enforce improper parking. Would never stay here again.

In the quieter part of Banff, but a short bus ride to the "downtown" area. The check in process was seamless and the staff was super friendly. The lobby was cute and cozy, perfect for a fireside chat or having a cup of coffee. The underground paid parking is tight - we were often nervous that if we left with our car then we would not have a spot when we returned.

"The hotel is very clean and staff was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Only thing was the lighting in room. It’s definitely older style but it was clean and comfy. One more thing. There is a train that travels by and every couple hours it blows horn at crossing. Very loud."
