Nice hotel, 1 minute walk from old city. Good breakfast. Good room. Friendly staff.

It was very nice and air-conditioned room. Sofa bed was too short and no linen was available.

We really liked the location and a wonderful staff of hotel Rinno. She was awesome. But there was no AC and it was hot. So they arranged for us to move to another hotel which had AC. This was supposed to be a 4 star. The name of the other hotel was moon garden. We did not like the room, the stench or the bathroom. We would have preferred Rinno hotel but with some ventilation.

Our check-in experience at Vilnius Grand Resort was pleasant, and the front office staff was welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite outdated. We found cobwebs in the curtains, and every door squeaked loudly when opened or closed, giving the impression that maintenance has been overlooked. On our second day, our room lost electricity completely. Thankfully, the front desk handled the situation professionally and quickly moved us to another room, which we appreciated. Throughout the resort, it appeared that the restaurants, pool, and spa were understaffed. At the pool, I asked an employee how to get cold water from the shower, and instead of offering assistance, she simply said, "Just try," and walked away. It was disappointing and came across as dismissive. Breakfast offered a good variety of hot food, but the selection of fresh fruit was surprisingly limited. Overall, the staff at the front desk did their best to help whenever issues arose, but the property itself is in need of significant upgrades and better maintenance. With renovations, improved staffing, and more consistent customer service throughout the resort, Vilnius Grand Resort could provide a much better guest experience.

Dobry standard pokoju. Wyposażenie dość nowe i wszystko sprawne. Parking - możliwość darowego parkowania na pobliskich ulicach i osiedlu. Mało wolnych miejsc parkingowych ale można coś znaleźć. Woda z prysznica zalewa łazienkę i podłogę w pokoju. Nie da się korzystać z prysznica bez zalewania podłogi. Słabo sprzątnięty pokój - śmieci w koszu i długie włosy w aneksie kuchennym po poprzednim gościu. Nie działa aplikacja do samodzielnego zameldowania! Na szczęście jest recepcja i kontakt telefoniczny. Ogólnie - polecam ten hotel.
