This spacious and modernly equipped villa is located in the picturesque village of Ercegovići, not far from Dugopolje, surrounded by greenery and nature, ideal for a family vacation or relaxation with friends.  
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a perfect place for socializing. Also, on the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is located in the bedroom.  
On the first floor there are three more bedrooms - two with double beds and one with a single bed, ideal for children or a solo guest. The upper floor also offers an additional living room, kitchen, shared toilet and access to a balcony.  
The villa is located on a fenced plot with private parking and offers an exceptionally landscaped yard. There is a private swimming pool for refreshment during warm days, a children's playground for the youngest, an outdoor shower, a fireplace for grilling, and a covered table for pleasant evening gatherings outdoors.  
This villa is the perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, privacy and a touch of nature, yet within easy reach of Split and the main traffic routes.
