"We had arrived early and was told you had a very busy Saturday and the rooms are not ready. I explained we had an event to go to at 4pm and would love to change and freshen up. The lady at the counter said give me a few minutes and I will find you a room. Well she was very helpful and found a room ready for us. This enabled us to get ready for our event. ."

"If you are looking for a family-friendly, beautifully-appointed oceanfront stay, this is the place for you. Our group of six adults and two preschoolers had the time of our lives sitting on the deck, playing on the beach, and swimming in the pool. Located in quiet Pine Knoll Shores, the condo is huge, with living spaces/kitchens on both levels. All the cookware/dishware you need is provided. Don’t worry about hauling beach chairs, toys, floats, etc. They have all of the above—and much, much more! Brian is an excellent host, responsive to any questions we had. We are already planning our next trip—and so should you!"

"The property was great, especially the fenced in back year since we had our dog with us this trip. The inside was clean when we arrived and the special touches (snacks, bottle of wine, etc) went the extra mile. It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer available during our stay. Our host was very responsive. The only thing we noticed when we arrived was that the grass was not freshly cut. However, the lawn care person came to cut the grass while we were there, so it worked out. One suggestion would be to have a laundry line in the back yard somewhere to hang wet towels, swim suits on (would be extremely helpful when rinsing off sand with the hose). We did notice mold in the dishwasher. Another suggestion would be to have the cleaning crew leave the dishwasher open once the cycle is done to prevent mold. All in all, the property met our expectations and if traveling with our dog, we would definitely book again."

"Everything was perfect and as described! The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the short walk to Mitchell Village Community Park where we collected shells in the morning, plenty of privacy around the property, and the beach access at W Glenn St was a short drive. The pool was clean and large enough to accommodate the 8 of us. All the supplies we packed were not necessary, everything we needed was provided for us. Thank you for the pleasant stay!"
