Very new. Nice large room and bathroom. Nice lobby and eating area. Right on the freeway but could barely hear the road noise in the room. Ac was nice and quiet. Only complaints are the bathroom door wouldn’t latch and they wrapped up breakfast sooner than advertised. Breakfast was average.

I had been in the car for over 8 hours and booked for the wrong night, when I got to the hotel the lady was perfectly helpful and got me in regardless, I got the best customer service possible!

We have 2 cats. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming to us and our cats. Also, front desk staff was super helpful in apply our stay to the loyalty program.

The staff was so accomodating and friendly especially when we broke down and had to stay another night ... the girl at the front desk even asked her husband to come out in the bitter cold to help...i will definitely stay again in my travels

Very close to Interstate and nice Mexican restaurant across the street! We have stayed here several times. The pool has not been working for several visits and our toilet was clogged. I used the public restrooms and had no hand towels. Staff is sitting looking at their phones behind the desk when we checked in and out.

Perfect stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites
The room was exceptionally clean and looked new. Wonderful and welcoming to our 2 dogs. Comfortable bed and pull out bed. Liked the layout of the room as well.

Side doors were not working for entrance. One of the dresser drawers wouldn’t close. Pool and hot tub were closed. Otherwise, stay was fine.

There were areas on the bathroom door where the paint was scraped off. Also the ceiling above the shower had areas where the paint was flaking off. There was ample amounts of white towels. There could have been a little more variety in the breakfast.

Other La Quinta properties I’ve stayed at are usually pretty great and so was this one. If you’re a truck driver like me, and just want night out of the truck… the parking is ok. I was in town two separate nights and the second one was a little tuff to fit the truck and trailer but I did it

Chose this hotel specifically because of the pool/hot tub after a long drive. During check in we were informed the entire pool area was closed. Very disappointing and no discount offered. The customer should be notified in advance.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was really nice with lots of options. Even for gluten free options. The reason I had to drop two stars was for the paper thin walls. You can literally hear someone talking in the next room word for word. And the next morning a dog was barking and whining at 7:30 am in the room next to us for an hour before we went to the front desk to complain. The staff took care of it immediately thankfully. It’s a nice hotel overall, but if you’re a light sleeper it’s not the best option.

I am so sorry about the AC/Heating Unit not working in your room, our new maintenance man is getting to everyone one of them so this will not happen again. As for breakfast, we typically have hard boiled eggs here so I am so sorry it wasn't what you liked.
