Hot tub not working

No hot tub out of service.............. Should have said it wasn't working before I booked hotel

The staff was great. During my previous stay I got sick during my stay and the lady at the front desk made me hot chocolate. So on this stay she remembered me and made me hot chocolate again. I'm sorry I can not remember her name but she is the best.

Easy access, clean, accomadating

Pros: The handicap accommodations where perfect for my parents. Easy access off the interstate. Clean, quiet, comfortable
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect. I can't complain when there's nothing to complain about.
Location: Close off the interstate with convenient, easy access.

Not the best if you're on the ground floor

Pros: It's conveniently located.
Location: Within walking distance of restaurants, church, etc.
Our room was right next to the workout room. People were loud 5 am and 9-10 pm, the tv was blaring, and doors slammed at all hours. The walls are thin. We told the manager, but he didn't offer to move us or do anything about it. The breakfast is average.
