Thank you for your time and valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced, due to our hot tub being out of service. Unfortunately we were abruptly forced to replace the pump motor, which forced the hot tub to be down for several days (due to freight/shipping time required). The issue has since been resolved.
