"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. "Super charming party of cave City. My kids loved crossing the train tracks to the cute playground / park, and Ace coffee shop nearby was awesome. Try the breakfast muffin and arugula salad. We fell in love with the neighbors sweet cat. Obviously great access to the caves and horseback riding. Gorgeous sunsets over the corn fields. Just a fabulous time!"
"Excellent location. Just minutes from Mammoth National Park. We were able to go back and forth to take breaks easily. Super clean and has everything you need to make meals. Laundry on site was very helpful to clean our clothes after hiking, cave tours and kayaking. You have privacy yet you are located close to everything (fast food/Walmart, etc. 15 minutes away). "
