Tiny Studio in fabulous Smith's Parish at John Smith's Bay Beach, SMITH'S Parish

"Amazing location, we walked across the road to the John Smith beach no more than 1 minute. We didn’t even bother to wear shoes. There were very casual places to eat waking distance away,5 minutes! And a beautiful restaurant at Loren on Pink beach. 9 minutes walk! Really good grocery store 20 minutes walk or quick bus ride.Place was so very clean with surprisingly large new bathroom. It had all the necessary features for our 3 days stay . We loved to have drinks on the patio with great umbrella protecting us from rain and a view of the water! It was a bonus to have beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the host.Our host was more than helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to come back"

"We arrived on Monday August 24th.. our original room was not ready.. when I did request an early check-in do to my husband’s health issues.. my request was not meet.. therefore they put us in another room.. which we were told we were going to overlook a garden.. well I don’t call looking out at a huge tree a garden.. so we were upgraded to a room overlooking the pool.. which was very lovely, however , we had to pay for the upgrade of $160 a night..we felt we should not have had to pay the upgraded cost.. any help that you can provide us with would be graceful ! Thank you!"

"Rooms with ocean view were second to none. Absolutely breathtaking! The downfalls of this hotel was the lack of meal options. There is one place to eat with the same menu from 11am until close. No lunch or dinner differences. We also felt there was limited lounge chairs near the pool."

"We’re a family of four - two adults and two girls (14yo and 12yo). This house was the perfect set up for our family - our eldest daughter had her own privacy in the separate annexe; but there was also plenty of space when we were all together - to eat, to watch movies, to swim. The location was also perfect - we hired two scooters and drove around the island in the day, but used the buses (bus stops in both directions just outside the house) in the evenings. The local supermarket is less than five minutes walk away and is open long hours, so we could pick up food to cook or drinks and snacks, depending if we were out to dinner or not. The hosts were excellent - we had a mid stay clean and the communication was very timely, specific and accurate. Strong, strong, strong recommend!"

"Perfect location for seeing the islands! The family is so very nice and helpful. The house was very clean. And so many thoughtful details, like felt covered hangers in the closet, PLENTY of drawer space, and a big supply of dark makeup wash clothes! Both ends of the islands are within easy reach and Hamilton is so close. The communication from the family was amazing. Thank you so very much for sharing your lovely home and hosting us! We will always treasure our time there and hope to stay with you again!"
