The Space: Enter the apartment into an open-plan kitchen/dining living space featuring concrete flooring and wall-mounted reverse-cycle air con. The kitchen comes equipped with a medium sized LG fridge, electric cooktop and under-bench oven, double sink and a tall table with 4 stools. There’s also an under-bench Haier combined washing machine/clothes dryer. The lounge area has a couch which converts into a single bed if needed, a rug for winter comfort and a ‘smart’ TV. A flight of stairs takes you up to the loft bedroom with a skylight in the ceiling to let in natural light. The bedroom is carpeted and offers a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays and a door to a small balcony overlooking the interior hall of the building. The ensuite bathroom has stylish floor-to-ceiling tiling and a roomy shower recess with a glass screen. Guest Access: You'll have exclusive access to the entire Devonport Loft Apartment. This includes the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complete with air conditioning, a smart TV, and a comfortable sofa. Upstairs, you'll find the loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, and access to a small balcony. The ensuite bathroom is also for your private use. Please note that the building has strict noise policies, so we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
