The house is decorated on the theme of the vine, it is suitable for families with children, hikers, wine tourism and to share a good time. The cotage is close to the GR® 13 and 654 long-distance hiking trails, the village amenities and ideal for a tourist getaway on the Nivernais canal, the vineyards of Chablis and Grand Auxerrois (Irancy, Coulanges, Chitry, Saint Bris, Bailly cellars), Arcy sur Cure (Caves), Auxerre (Abbé Deschamps Stadium of the AJ Auxerre, Saint-Étienne Cathedral, Saint-Germain Abbey, Clock Tower), Vézelay Basilica, Noyers-sur-Serein and many other places to discover in Yonne. The 95m² house can accommodate up to 6 travelers (including 5 children) and 1 baby. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Wi-Fi, TV with connected decoder and house connected to fiber. Board games and books freely available. You have access to the cellar where you can store your bikes or other belongings for the night.
