Good place to stay if you are looking for a convenient location. Close to the malls and the city this is the second time we stay in this property. Good beds, good shower and decent breakfast. Would stay here again.

My room was in no condition to be used. Bed mattress was completely destroyed and needed replaced. There was caulk stuck to the sink surfaces and no one had cared to clean it. The free breakfast barely qualifies as food. One waffle maker for the entire hotel to use. White Castle wanna-be burgers are not hot breakfast food. Microwave was broken and needed replaced in breakfast room. I expected better, but not here.

Well were do I start.,the lobby was nice and the staff was friendly first off i was ready at 3 pm for check in. But our room was not ready. We Had to wait for a hour before we could check in to our room so they can clean it.and still had to pay full price for the room.... Next , I filled the hot tub up . Left for 20 minutes and the tub was empty when I came back. So I filled the tub up again,and had to use a bag to keep the water in the tub.it worked for me. But still ghetto for a 150.00 overnight stay There were cob webs in the corner of the room.and dead bugs on the lamp shade(.disgusting) The restaurant and the bar were closed. Which was one of the reasons I picked this motel. . Also thy advertised that there was a balcony in the room to use. Nope doors were locked with alarms on them. And no windows to open up . Oh yeah you also better check if the pools open. Because it's outside. I Wasn't to Happy for this weekend getaway .

It was a good stay overall. The only thing I didn’t like was other guests and housekeeping allowing the doors to slam. The doors are heavy for security purposes, which is good- but I believe some people need to be told how to be mindful on how to close the doors, especially late at night. Other than that, it was a good place to stay, and I plan on coming back. Thank you!

Very clean and quiet. Our room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was poor as it was just bread and a waffle maker. Lots of dining options near by.

Pros: Cheap, good location, good waffles at the breakfast. Cons: Our bathroom was gross. Dried blood in the shower and beside the toilet. The smell of cigarette smoke would waft through the room frequently despite it being a no smoking facility. In fact, we walked out of our room only to find a cigarette on the floor of the hallway. The walls are paper thin, so if you want to listen to guy in the room beside you cough up phlegm in the bathroom, this is the place for you! Check in wasn’t smooth. Had to wait 15 min for someone to go to the desk and check us in. The phone rang the entire time we waited and no one answered. If you’re looking for a cheap place to spend one night and don’t need to use the bathroom, this will probably work. Overall would not recommend.

I stayed there 5 nights and only had the "do not disturb" sign on the door knob the first night. In those 5 nights my room was never cleaned so i never got fresh bed sheets or clean towels. The 3rd day i noticed ants in the bathroom and told the front desk which he said he would have housekeeping clean and maintenance spray. None of this happened so i told the desk the 4th day which he replied with a similar response and there was a housekeeping lady there at the desk so he told her specifically to clean my room and still nothing happened.

They did not hold the specific room that I requested and that was available at the time of request and I ended up being surprised with that information when I arrived at the property, and was forced to settle for another room that was not as nice .

The hotel stated no smoking and newly renovated. However the only part of the hotel renovated was the lobby section. As soon as you walked up to the elevator. There was a horrible smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The elevator was old looking. Arriving at out floor the carpet was filthy and the hallway looked grimy. However the room itself was clean but again there were many patrons who were smoking. The smell had me choked up being a non smoker.There was nothing inside the refrigerator as we are accustomed to having at least complimentary water. Not even a coffee maker. The bathroom was outdated and old. The room had a widow overlooking the pool. There was a light post situated there that not even the curtain could block the bright light. It was like daylight in our room which was a big inconvenience.

The room never got warm. The room was dusty needed to be vacuumed. When I arrived to my room a maintenance man was coming out. A few minutes later he knocked on the door to fix something in the bathroom. Bathroom had no towel racks. The hallway’s looked spooky.
