It was a quiet and refreshing change in comparison to my first booking. Only hiccup was I requested a king size room and was given a room that was available but not cleaned, so they immediately switched me to a room with a queen bed. While it was not what i requested, it was late and there was nothing else available so I accepted it. My last day wasn't so great. There was no water to shower due to them shutting off the boiler. The guests were not notified, we had a flight to catch, had to run to family's house to shower...missed our flight.. and got home a day later.

Miscommunication with late check out… first when I called they said they could do 3pm… then when we came to check in thwy said 1pm… then they said 11:30 is the latest…. would have been a better experience with a later check out

We do apologize for the inconvenience our Staff has been working extremely hard to get the rooms prepared for future guest arriving. So sometimes all late checkouts cannot be granted but we apologize for the misscommunication.

Both elevators were down during our whole stay. The Television did not work during the whole stay. Out of shampoo. I had to go get it. The hospitality was good and the breakfast was good. The common area and rooms were clean.

Our stay was great! Check-in was easy. The room was clean with plenty of soap, towels, etc. We had a coffee maker and refrigerator, t. .v. The beds were firm and felt great. Stayed one night. I would stay again.

Good rest...
Best thing about the stay was the sleep...was it the bed? Maybe....was it the quietness of the the hotel location? Maybe... Though the condition of the hotel was a little rough in spots, it served the purpose and we rested well.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. It was wonderful and clean!! The staff was very friendly! The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Will stay here again!

We often stay there when visiting the Detroit area for sporting events. This time they allowed a party to go on until after 5am in the morning, in their common area!! I had to open my door at 5:02 and tell them to go to bed, and ventured up the hallway and were talking loudly outside our room. We got little sleep!! The manager Tonya was sympathetic to my concerns about noise levels, but because I booked through Expedia didn’t compensate us for the inconvenience!
