  • Welcome to Metro-Detroit and our super chic bungalow in North Royal Oak. Our cozy, stylish home is an ideal place to stay as you explore all that metro Detroit has to offer while visiting for pleasure or for business. This is a 3 bedroom with 2 full bathroom home boasting a game/entertainment and a zen den in the basement and a bungalow with a spacious bedroom and an office. The main floor features an elegant living area with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchen, and a dining area.

    The space:

    This beautifully appointed home features lots of vintage details & charm including plaster walls, a living room w/ coved ceiling & hardwood floors throughout much of the main level. Highlights of the kitchen include quartz countertops, a farm sink, open shelving, and an adjacent, sun-filled dining room. A beautifully updated bathroom w/ a refinished, claw-foot soaking tub & pedestal sink complete the first floor. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom along w/ a loft space utilized as an office room. The finished basement includes an entertainment room with a bar, a roomy full bath w/ custom shower & a laundry. This home sits on a nice-sized lot & has a fully fenced-in backyard with a patio, providing an excellent space for outdoor entertaining. Convenient to downtown Clawson & Royal Oak.
