With easy access to SE Michigan's best restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, and more, this is the perfect place for any gathering or getaway! Optimized for Work-From-Home, our house features a dual-monitor setup with a USB-C dock, keyboard, and mouse so you can be as productive here as in your office! And, after you can enjoy a home-cooked meal with family and friends in our modern kitchen (quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, cutlery and utensils a-plenty!) and using our gas grill and outdoor porch seating or, for those colder winter days, inside in our spacious living / dining room! For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that: We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us. We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule. Parking \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ We have a garage that fits 2 cars and our driveway, which blocks the garage, can fit 3 - 4 cars in tandem as well. Also, one note. We are working on re-grading our street. It is currently quite bumpy as the winter caused a high volume of large potholes. As you drive down the road to the house, please be careful and drive slowly. Extra Sleeping Arrangements \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate. Very clean home but needed some dusting for spider webs would have been nice prior to arrival.
