We have fully renovated this home and furnished with all brand new furniture, including 3 smart TVs, a great sofa for lounging, a large family style dining table, coffee station, 2 full bathrooms, 4 queen size and 2 twin beds, your group will enjoy everything Detroit has to offer in comfort and style. With a sleeping capacity of up to 12 people, this house is perfect for groups or families travelling together. Kids will love the third floor loft space (features 1 queen and 2 twin beds) Guests can enjoy full access to the home with the exception of the basement which is unfinished. Our concierge will meet guests to quickly say hello upon check-in. The North End is a historic Detroit neighborhood that has benefitted greatly from Detroit's recent revitalization efforts. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood situated close to mid-town and downtown (this property is located about 2 blocks from Woodward which is the main artery to mid-town and downtown). The maximum capacity for this house is 12 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host's discretion. Our concierge will check you into the property to ensure a smooth process. You must contact our concierge at the number provided prior to arrival at the property. Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host. Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $200 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. We hope the details help future renters.Kitchen is WELL stocked with plates & pans. Fewer forks/spoons but still 8ish. Most utensils, no cheese grater, no zip locks. Working dishwasher and microwave, fridge was about 3/4 size but enough for 6 people over a week. Coop grocery 2 socks away, cute and awesome.. Some restaurants but more near Wayne State U about a mile south. Wifi only worked for 1 in our party, perhaps router needs reset. 4 smart TVs. Sign in with your own accounts. The main dining table is awesome and living room sectional could seat 10.House is old but renovated. You can hear Street noise in front bedrooms, which was quiet most nights except a huge late Sat night party. The block has some empty lots and several renovated homes but a few that need work. Street parking is easy but we learned to enter from East to park on the house side. The house has a security system and we felt safe but set it off on arrival because we didn't disarm within 60 seconds. The backyard isn't set up for anything and the basement is off limits. 1st floor has BA and kitchen, dining room and living room. The downstairs BA light isn't a normal switch but is part of the inside outlet. 2nd floor has 4 BR, 1 BA. That BA has a small shower. 3rd floor has a bedroom with no door but extra beds.
