"Elevator operation was spotty, the card didn't always work and you have to switch elevators. Breakfast could be included like other 5 star hotels in the area. The view was beautiful but the room smelled funny and not fresh."

"The room was quite the Waldorf Astoria and some of the appliances seem a little outdated but overall it was a perfect home away from home. For my first visit to Chile, I was happy to find a place in a such a clean, safe area and within walking distance to so many shops and places to eat"
