"They advertised their indoor pool online and at the hotel but the pool was not working. The front desk lady was very rude for no apparent reason "

She did change our room. The next room stunk horribly. The bedding was clean? But also had an odor to where I slept on my coat which I had to air out in the morning. The towels also had am odor to them. "
