"Property and staff were fine. The reason I give a bad review is I had specific requests for the room I booked, when I called they said it was not a problem. When I checked in the hotel had no idea of the requests and could not accommodate me. They said the third party never contacted them. This is 100% to blame on the third party and Expedia. This issue would not have happened if I booked direct. "
