Summit apart hotel is definitely one of the better places I have stayed at. Room 1 was spacious, cosy and in a perfect location. As well as having kitchenette including a large fridge and a washing machine the other facilities included a balcony and a two room bathroom with a large jacuzzi bath, separate shower and even a private sauna. Check in was quick and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff arranged limo, upgraded our rooms, arranged Chernobyl tour perfectly. Had the most wonderful time in Kiev and will certainly return as so much to see. Hotel is the best we have ever stayed in, staff were second to none, room was amazing and food was perfect. I couldn't fault this hotel or Kiev itself in any way. Perfect. Thank you 11 Mirrors for making our stay one we will never forget and would certainly repeat.

One thing you need to know for staying there is that paying by card can be done only when administrator is working. Together with a colleague we arrived late on Friday evening and were due to leave early on Saturday. No administrator during that time. However the reception/security person went extra way and arranged everything so that we could pay without inconveniences, and arranged an early breakfast. I loved the modern interior of the hotel, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, in easy reach of the main areas, a quiet road, and all rooms on the ground floor. Reception and staff helpful and a made to order breakfast. This is an ideal hotel for a shirt break or taking someone special to Kharkiv.

Business trip for 2 nights. Great value for money. Excellent facilitates. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi strong throughout hotel, free with no need for logon. Decent spa & gym. Very friendly staff. Breakfast on level 8 was very good with nice view from the restaurant. Great location for a stroll about town. Highly recommended.

The room was very comfortable with lovely little touches such as Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, free bottled water by the bed each day and a wake up call if asked for with a complimentary hot drink and it was scrupulously clean. The beds were so comfortable. It had free English news channels and you could pay a reasonable price of £2.70 to watch current DVD's. The staff were so friendly. Try and get the breakfast included in your room as it really is wonderful - the breakfast...

The room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also great. A special mention to Iryna who helped us sort out some issues we had created with our booking and made us feel very welcome.

Im really pleased i chose Palais Royal Hotel, staff were very friendly always there to help, rooms where very comfortable with great facilities, i would definitely stay again no questions asked.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Frapolli Hotel. This will always be my first choice to stay when visiting Odessa, the Hotel and it's staff are always welcoming and friendly. I am already planning my next trip with my partner in September. In the last 9 months I have stayed at the Frapolli for 29 nights and I can honestly say, that the service and quality has been excellent every time. Highly recommended.

A very nice, accomodating hotel in the middle of Podil. Not an easy time to be in Kyiv but they were always helpful.

I have stayed at many Hotels throughout the world and I have I have to say that the Villa Le Premier was totally outstanding. The hotel is located in a quiet location not to far from the beach. It takes approximately 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Also there is a tram stop close to the hotel. 2 tram services operate from this tram stop.
