"Great little hotel away from all the hustle and bustle of town. Daily buffet breakfast at Little Italy was fulfilling. Boys enjoyed swimming in the pool to cool down after a day of sightseeing. Regular house keeping by our lovely hosts. Rooms have everything you need to accomodate your stay including AC!!! Free wifi was an added bonus. Thank you Tropical Villa for making our stay mesmerising."

"It’s on the water front, only a very short walk, quarter mile from the center of town. There is not much surrounding the area, but if you have a car, there is parking available. The owner is very accommodating and will advise and help. This is Tonga, so you should not expect commercial level of accommodations. Everything is clean and comfortable, with hot water in the shower."

"The Matafouna Lodge is amazing. The location is beautiful. The fales were comfortable with a porch, comfortable bed, and glass windows. The shower facility was convenient and very nice with ceramic tiles and privacy (and most importantly, hot water). The staff were friendly. The food was very good (the seafood pizza was delicious). The diving was awesome but the snorkeling was almost as amazing. We spent most of our holiday in the water! Ollie, the fluffy guardian of the resort, is a sweet...

"Winnie's B&B was a perfect place to stay in Nuku'alofa, Tonga. It was extremely well kept, laundry was done as a kind gesture, and the breakfast was a great start to the day. The family who lives there is very friendly and fun to talk to. The accommodation is quite close to the town center but far enough out for some quiet. The landscaping, plants, decorations, lighting, and mini waterfalls at night were also a really nice touch. Thank you! "
