"The Matafouna Lodge is amazing. The location is beautiful. The fales were comfortable with a porch, comfortable bed, and glass windows. "We went to the Royal Sunset with 6 of our Tongan young friends who help us at a humanitarian clinic we work in. We are leaving Tonga and wanted to thank them for all they do. We decided to spend the night at the Royal Sunset. The rooms were filthy. The linens were stained and the rooms were unbearably hot. The pool water was brown. Организуют неплохой завтрак и ужин. Очень дружелюбные и готовые помочь хозяева. Из минусов. Оочень слабый wi-fi (сайты не открываются или очень медленно), самый дохлый из тех отелей Тонги, где я был. Мобильный интернет тоже почти не работает. Хотя сам отель достаточно дорогой среди отелей Тонги."

"One of the friendliest customer service I’ve come across here in Tonga. This is how customer service should be like, warmth, welcoming and hospitality skills. The owner was so lovely and accommodating to our needs.its a simple accommodation establishment with a great impact just what you need for long or short stay. The property and our room was spacious, clean and refreshing. Bed was huge and comfortable. Woke up to a nice simple breakfast that was healthy we enjoyed it eating on the big balcony. Parking spots inside property. The area was not too far from main city area travelled by car, but to us it was a nice and quiet area which we preferred. There’s some convenient stores/ bottle shop, petrol station about 5min walk or about 10mins drive into town. We would definitely return here, by far one of my favourite accommodations, loved it here. Thank you for your hospitality."
