"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "Die Wohnung war super. Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaubt. Viel Platz, zwei Toilette, Küche mit Top-Ausstattung und sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Wäscheleine im Garten. Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Türschloss, dass sich nicht abschließen lies, aber das war zu verkraften. Auch die Überdachte Terasse ist etwas klein, wenn man mit vielen Leuten anreist, da wir aber fast immer schönes Wetter hatten konnten wir eh im Garten sitzen. Wir hatten in jedem Fall einen wunderschönen Urlaub."

"Being on the North shore of Lake Balaton is the best location, away from the busier South. View was fantastic and we spent every evening sat there looking out over the lake, one night we even had a pair of hares running around in the field next to the house. It was a heatwave 35 degrees so the Air Con was lovely. Helped to water the plants in the garden as the owner was away - hope they survived. Lovely, unspoilt and restful with visits to the beach, vineyards and towns. Would recommend Sipos...
