"I have never been anywhere where the staff was so rude and dismissive. Me and my friend was locked out of or room for hours. Security could not get us in with the master key. waited to for the head of maintenance (Joe) to come open the door with the computer. He didnt apologize for the inconvenience or even acknowledge we were standing outside in the heat for 2 hours. we didnt get into the room until 2AM. On the first night. Not to mention we got to the hotel about 1PM didnt get into a room until after 4. even though check in clearly states 4 pm. however our friends was able to get a room as soon as we arrived and we all arrived at the same time… we finally get a room only for the air to not be working and the room smelled . after we complained we got another room now it is 5PM. u would think the staff would offer something. ANYTHING maybe a later checkout, something but nothing just rudeness like we were inconveniencing them. even the desk clerk Jackie was rude..I would NOT recommend this place. stay here if u want because the price is decent but u get what u pay for… and lastly we were not the only people who got locked out of our rooms. It also happened to another set of people as they were also at the desk complaining about it. Its like u have a curfew and better be in ur room by 10pm or u will be locked out… I think everyone at this establishment needs to take a course on Customer Service because none of them had any except the security guard Jamie and hes no an emp."

"I love that the resort was right on the beach. I also love the close distance to the airport. and the easy access getting taxi. The shower could have been a little cleaner. It seems like the bath need new grout. It was a bit dirty in the corners and there was also hair from previous guests. The room and linen were clean and cleaning staff was easily accessable for new linens. One thing that was shocking to me was that there are iguanas along side the pool and close to the entrance of our building. I think the resort should have signs about such animals for people who are not iguana friendly. The ceiling of the main lobby needs some serious cleaning. It is filled with cobweb. I noticed that the day i was checking out omg"

"The dryer in the laundry room was set for only 6 minutes and did a very poor job even after three cycles (18) minutes of drying a very small load. "
