"We loved staying in Sachakuna, the cabins are super comfortable and beautiful, the staff are the best, all of them very friendly and always eager to help, if you want to experience peace and connection with nature, this is the place!"

"Great place for vacation"

"Friendly staff. Food was excellent."

"Very beautiful place the staff was more than helpful. The rooms were very clean. The stay was amazing."

"The staff was okay. The hotel was clean. In the rooms, there are not mirrors to get ready, I had to fight with my kids and husband for the bathroom so I can get ready as there was only the small mirror in the bathroom. Pack your shampoo and conditioner because you will only get a shampoo on a sachet, I didn’t even know they still existed. No hair blower, I asked for one at the reception and I was told the only one they had was broken!! These are basics necessities every hotel should have. Then...

"It's a disgusting, dirty, full of fleas that didn't let my family sleep at all. And they don't care. Expedia shouldn't not work with this hotel. The breakfast is terrible too. It's hard to get there and move around the town even worst. I'm so disgusted by this hotel!!! Fleas!!! "

"Terrible el lugar, no me gustó nada fue la peor experiencia de mi vida . Nunca me e quedado en lugar tan feo "

"Room was clean and nicely appointed. Staff was very kind. Beautiful property. Comfortable bed."

A szobákban a meleg és páratartalom miatt (gondolom) van egy ajtó mentes szúnyoghálózott ablak a szoba tetejénél. Ez a zaj és a kabócák miatt lehet akár...

"Very good hotel"

"A really nice place with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The chalets have new bathrooms which are very high quality. Good breakfasts, and almost unlimited fruit to pick :)"

"If you want a quiet and relaxing time, don’t go to this hotel. We stayed there from Saturday to Sunday. An awfully load music started at 9 pm and finished at 4 am. It was so noisy you can hear it like it’s next door, even through the headphones. Impossible to have a good sleep. The hotel doesn’t have WIFI, the rooms don’t have complimentary water and a hairdryer, which you may need after the water activities. Pros: the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food was delicious. Maybe it’s...
