"No free WiFi or breakfast. Not hotels fault, but I had a couple screaming and arguing with one another at the top of their lungs and slamming doors at 4 am. Not the wake up call I wanted. "

"The laundry machines were nasty one smelled like cigarettes one smelled like cat pee. The room was clean but after they cleaned a room next to ours we found a bedbug. The staff were great though. Very friendly but should have warned us they had bedbugs in the room in ext to ours when they found out. They had exterminators come in but never warned us that there a problem. "
