"The charm of this little house lies in its simplicity and authenticity. Kristina brings the spirit of the place to life through every object, each steeped in history and poetry. Her delicate drawings of birds speak volumes about the connection to nature that is being (re)woven in this little corner of paradise, in complete serenity. Her warm welcome made us feel right at home, and we now know that her home is a little haven of peace where we can rediscover pure forms of wonder in a world that...

4. Lövångergården

Lövånger

"We stayed at this property twenty years ago. Great historic little cabins. We were pleased to see the updated main house with a restaurant serving nice meals: large tasty portions, and a basic breakfast. We were disappointed to see that no updates have been made to the cabins which are very dated yet extremely clean. WiFi is advertised but it did not work for half of our stay, not even the main house. On a positive note the staff was helpful and friendly."

Clarion Hotel Umea

8/10 Good

"."

Scandic Go, Västra Norrlandsgatan 13

10/10 Excellent

"Most hotels I’ve used in Sweden offer free coffee, this one does not. Also note even though has a huge tv in the room, this is of little use unless you use YouTube or have a Swedish Netflix account as there are no std channels to watch it’s all via streaming."

Comfort Hotel Winn

10/10 Excellent

"It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it. It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and above all, really friendly and helpful staff. You always have a friendly smiling face greeting whenever you pass through reception. Many thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended"

U&Me, BW Signature Collection

10/10 Excellent

"There was a problem with my reservation and it was all my fault. The staff went above and beyond to help me and then I was blown away by the hotel itself, but by the time we got to breakfast, it was unbelievable. It was five breakfast stations so much food and everything was the highest quality. The room was great. The staff was great. The food was great and you’re in the middle of town why not take this Hotel"
