From the moment we arrived, every detail exuded sophistication, warmth, and impeccable craftsmanship. The hotel masterfully blends Moroccan elegance with Nobu’s signature Japanese minimalism—creating a serene, visually stunning retreat just minutes from the Medina’s energy. The architecture and interiors are breathtaking—think textured walls, reflective pools and lush palms. Our upgrade suite was a sanctuary of understated luxury, with bespoke furnishings, a dreamy terrace, and a bathroom that felt like a spa. The staff anticipated every need with genuine warmth. Special shout-out to Redouane and Habibi, who made us feel like royalty. Every request was met with a smile and flawless execution. Dining at Nobu Restaurant and Nobu Rooftop Bar were the highlights. "Incredible service — the staff here is genuinely accommodating and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and sweets, followed by a helpful orientation to Marrakech that really set the tone for our stay. The Riad is located inside the old city walls, in the Jewish quarter of the Medina. Yes, it’s a bit chaotic outside with mopeds, taxis, and even the occasional donkey — but that’s part of the charm and exactly why you choose to stay in the Medina. Once inside, it’s a peaceful oasis. The quiet courtyard, complete with a pool, lounge areas, pool table, and a restaurant/bar, offers a perfect retreat from the busy streets. Our room was spacious, with excellent air conditioning, a separate living room area, a refrigerator, and even a balcony overlooking the pool — a wonderful touch. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding each morning. I’d also recommend using the hotel-arranged airport transfer instead of a taxi — much smoother and more reliable. At checkout, the staff even sent us off with a delicious lunch bag for the trip home — such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, this Riad is an exceptional value for the quality of amenities and the level of service provided. We loved being inside the city walls — it made the experience truly unforgettable"

"We enjoyed our stay so much at Riad Andallaspa. It was perfectly situated - off the beaten path but still just ten minutes from the main square and other areas of the old city (eg the Bahia Palace). The staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble for them. Mint tea on tap and advice on trips or airport transfers, all spot on. The food was fantastic - the breakfasts were huge and we would regularly take the pains au chocolats or French bread with us for lunch later as we couldn’t eat it all. The evening meals were also excellent - there are set menus so you just need to ask for the one you’d like. We even had a refreshing dip in the courtyard pool which we appreciated. In the afternoons and evenings, we loved sitting out on the roof terrace, which was often deserted. The only thing was that there was no way to order drinks once we were up there, so we would order them from reception. (For soft drinks, the little shop directly over the road was even cheaper but the hotel wasn’t expensive.) The room was brilliantly decorated and the bathroom and plumbing modern. The toiletries were fantastic too. I can’t recommend this Riad enough. The ratings are good for a reason. "

"Loved the rooms, campus, patio, staffs, pools and food. The staff especially made our stay memorable. Most services are expensive. Tennis costs extra. Gym is good with separate cardio and weight rooms. Transportation offered by hotel is very expensive. Mall next to hotel is cool with loads of shopping and dining options. "

"The property was absolutely beautiful. Our host (who used to be a teacher!)was very gracious and we were greeted enthusiasticly and with a tea and a desert. Our host did an amazing job helping us book our excursions to the Ouzud Waterfalls and The Agafay Desert for a camel ride + dinner and a special show. The bed was comfortable and the soap and shampoo smelled great. The daily Moroccan Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The rooftop is a great space to sit and enjoy the breeze as well. The waitstaff was friendly and prompt. The special Moroccan tea was itself an experience. We also loved the little cat that lives at the rooftop!! The small pool was really nice and cold. It was great to cool off after being out all day in the heat. It was a little noisy on the first floor as our room was in the courtyard but not so much it disturbed my sleep. I would 100% stay here again. Actively dreaming about returning here for the 2030 World Cup! It was an amazing experience to be able to walk through the marketplace from our hotel and the entire staff were absolutely amazing and courteous. Much love from America. Shokran! En shalla!!! "
