Entgegen hotels.com keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, auch nicht wöchentlich, und kein kostenloses Mineralwasser. Die große Refillflasche kostet aber nur 15 Baht. Eine Tasse Selbstbedienungskaffee 35 Bhat. Die Saison ist kurz auf Koh Chang.
