"Staff was very good, but hot water was not there. They told me to turn on the boiler for 15 mins than hot water will come. I left it on for 45 mins, hot water was there for half a bucket, I ended showering with cold water. There is no elevator and lot of stairs. Electric socket was open. "

Staffs were very polite and curtious. Mr. Gopal Rawat was very nice and friendly. Irsad and Dev answered all my questions politely. The view from the rooftop restaurant is beautiful and serene. I am glad I booked this hotel for my stay. I had a lovely experience. I recommend this place to everyone."
