"The wait staff was wonderful. Food was delicious. The room given to us smelled like sewage. There was no way when they cleaned that room they didn’t smell that. They switched our room the following date after I called wanting to check out early. We were moved to a different room without a terrace which was what we originally had but at least the new room didn’t smell like sewage. They have a game room but the arcade machine didn’t work, no darts for the dartboard and no balls for the pingpong table. This hotel could use improvements. Staff was wonderful though! "

"The hot tub usage was at a cost of 10 euros for 1 hour. This was not advertised on the Expedia site. There was t even a complimentary tea or coffee in the room. The safe lock was drilled out and the TV did not work"

"Honestly, just no. First, they put us in an adjacent building that felt more like an apartment. When we arrived, the room had a half-drunk bottle of water left in it and the toilet seal had been ripped open. They fixed it, which is fine. But then we discovered that all the spa facilities — which were nice, except for the pretty but lukewarm "hot" tub — cost an extra 10 euros per day. Towels were 4 euros. Our room had a kitchen, apparently, but it was locked; you could access it with a deposit for 2.50 euros a day. And the rooftop pool that sold us on the place was closed for the season. So much nickel-and-diming. Not interested in staying there again."

"Phenomenal, of course. Super relaxing, gorgeous ambience, an absolute treat. We ate twice in the cafeteria which was really good. Would have liked to stay a week but we'd be way beyond our budget."

"Really easy remote check after 13h00. Photos and videos sent were very helpful. Undercover parking very close by, spacious by local standards! Huge apartment, impecably clean. Excellent wifi. 15 minute stroll to centre. Some excellent local bars, (looking at you Nazcar!). Multi faceted buffet breakfast, excellent. All in alltopplace to stay."

"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view. "
