"There were 12 of us in total for our stay, adults and young children. Emeline managed to find 3 cots, highchairs/booster seats and baby baths for us which really helped with our young children. We had a lovely time at the house Frederick and Emeline were very friendly and helpful, they live on site but they are not intrusive. "We had a great stay in this chalet with a fantastic private pool in an amazing location. The front terrace view of the lake is a real highlight as are the local walks round the lake and beyond. This includes the short walk to the museum, which had free outdoor events for the family while we were there and a good café. With a short walk to a boulangerie, and under an hour to great beaches, the location was perfect. Overall, the chalet really suited us - a couple with an 8 and 10 year old."

"A basic hotel about a 20 minute walk from the town centre. Not much in the town to do. We only stayed here as family staying nearby so we visited them. Car park is okay but very tight to manoeuvre around, had to reverse out when we left as full and impossible to turn. "

"The room had double aspect windows. It was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. Extra bedding was provided. There was a hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't have a restaurant for evening meals. It had a bar. The breakfast included bacon, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as cereals, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, croissants, etc. The only thing which would have improved our stay would be to have a sign for the hotel at the end of the street. It was awkward to find. "

"Hotel is clean and bed is comfortble, if decor is slightly shabby. It is fine for an overnight stay when on a journey. Handy for Les Sables d'Olonne which is a nice port with good restaurants. We arrived late so the restaurant was closed but the hotel has a late check in which is useful."
