"Location coukd not be better. The room was very comfortable, clean and with all necessaryamenities. The bathroom was large with plenty of hot water. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only criticism we have is that the pillows could be of better quality and more comfortable. Having extra pillows in the closet or a pillow menu upon request would have made our stay close to perfect. We went to Buenos Aires for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel made our stay very enjoyable and a trip to cherish."

"There is musty smell in the bedrooms, showers with mildew, and really the worse staff to resolve the complaints. I was getting sick from the unhealthy conditions of the room and I only stayed for a few hours. No refund either , the hotel mentioned it was an Expedia decision and Expedia claimed it was up to the hotel. Stay away, CR "

"Room wasn’t cleaned properly.. hairs everywhere, staff unreal .. front desk staff had no idea of what to do around the area.. first time I heard check out at 10am.. never anywhere in the world I stayed a check out was so early in the morning.. I paid ahead for 48 hr parking but less than 24hrs didn’t need it anymore and when I asked for a refund for the other 24 hrs it was a very bla rant NO! You paid already no refunds!!when I asked for an extra 1 or 2 hrs courtesy extension I got same answer!! The opposite than when I stayed in January .. I guess my last time staying at the property…"
