My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. So cozy and friendly! Excellent breakfast and very flexible and kind. We were offered hot cocoa when we came back from a chilly walk and home-made apple juice for breakfast, just as an example.

Beautiful rooms.

We had a four night stay in Norrköping for a music festival and the Hotel President was nicely located between the station and the festival venue. On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming and all the members of staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with plenty of space, a separate sitting area with a sofa, wardrobe, large flat screen tv, extra towels and pillows in the wardrobe, a desk and chair and a good size, comfortable bed. The check in procedure went very smoothly. Our room was on the 2nd floor, clean and exactly what we expected it to be. The breakfast choice was varied and there was something to suit all tastes. The Hotel is in a great location for what we needed to see and do and we will definetly recommend it to others

The stay was fantastic. Newly renovated so everything was in top shape.

Hotel looks very modern but has a friendly feel to it. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very busy and the staff worked hard at maintain the food and clearing tables. We did know that the evening meal had only one main dish. However I think more could be done to provide for someone who did or could not eat the food. Maybe more choice of salad. Coffee or tea always available is a nice touch. View over the river and walk around lovely
