OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark

"I appreciated how diverse everything was, but there was one small issue: a lifeguard said they only spoke Spanish and couldn’t understand the serious question I needed answered. Other than that, I enjoy my experience. I still was able to work through it. The Spanish speaking only lifeguard everything was just wonderful lovely experience."

"Overall the hotel is very nice. The indoor courtyard is really cool. My room was very clean I enjoyed the view from our window. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars: 1) in the pool area, there's a large round paved circle that obviously used to be a hot tub they took out - come on, for the high prices this hotel charges, they can afford to keep the hot tub running! 2) Elevators were slow, we often found ourselves waiting extended times to come up/down. Didn't help 1 of the 4 was out of service. Also there was a large volleyball tournament in town and some of the teenage girls kept tying up elevators playing some kind of tag game going up and down floors to chase after each other. The staff really should have done a better job curbing that during busy checkin hours as it really inconvenienced everyone else. 3) Two of the three in-hotel food options had very limited morning hours, so not exactly a useful amenity if they're mostly closed."

"The room was large, spacious and super clean. We had a large TV and the rooms were mostly quiet. We had a flooding issue the last night; but management was SUPER concerned and helpful and even refunded a couple nights stay. So impressed with this place. We will be using them on all our travels to Lawton in the future."
