They could not fix either of the two issues. They did not have spare bulb for the light. They tried to work on the AC and could just get it to work with minimum cooling which was not enough for Sri Lankan weather. There wasn't a single soap or other toiletries kept in the room. Had to search for the staff to get some soap bars. We stayed for 5 days and the there was no Housekeeping even for a single day. The only saving grace was the restaurant down below. The food was good but if you opt for included breakfast, they serve you a fixed menu every morning (Two slices of toast, two fried eggs, one sausage, little salad and tea/coffe). The location is good , walking distance from the beach."
