Paradise, nothing could be better for us. Amazing room, location, food, personal service, sea la vie is the most lovely place!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was lovely. Right on the beach!

Staff were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect right by the beach. I wish I could stay longer. Swimming with manta rays and sharks was amazing and swam with a turtle on the house reef.

This was our second stay on this heavenly island and loved every minute of it. We booked a beach villa which was very nice and then we were upgraded to an over the water villa for our last 3 nights. That was extremely nice too but suffers from lack of shade on the deck in the afternoon sun. All the staff are extremely friendly and work hard to make you feel at home. This for us makes this resort so special. Specifically we'd like to give thanks to Seelan who runs the Thari lounge, or as...

The property was quaint and nice. Kudos to the staff for being extremely helpful, warm and courteous. They really took care of us for the entirety of our trip.

It was our frst time visiting the Maldives and Baros lived up to everything we wished for. Being only 25 minutes by speed boat from the airport we wondered about aircraft noise but only seen 2 planes in 5 days and heard no noise. The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. We will definately go back again to Baros Island.

The review that persuaded me to book this hotel was the one which said something like 'I'm not a beach person but I loved this hotel'. Beautiful, peaceful, discreet, the attention to detail. L'occitane bathroom products, very comfortable bed, a shower and bathroom open to the warm air, delicious food in the restaurant (evening buffet concentrated on quality rather than quantity but there were still many choices). A most restful 3 days, one of the best hotels in 35 years of travelling.

Great place and staff was so friendly. Loved snorkeling everyday and easy access to the ocean from bungalow

For couples, especially couples on a honeymoon or a special anniversary (we were on our 25th wedding anniversary) this place is perfect. The setting of white, soft sands in a clear blue sea with tropical greenery is impossibly beautiful. The villa is immaculate, clean and tastefully decorated. Out the back you have your own sun dec with table and chairs and two sun beds. Best of all there are a few steps which lead into the water. From there, using the borrowed snorkelling gear it's a short...

This is without doubt the ideal tropical retreat, no motorised vehicles just 46 beachside bungalows spread out around the perimeter of the island, which means that you can walk completely around the island on the beach in 15 minutes! This is the place to come if you want nothing more than water activities, sunbathing, eating, drinking and catching up on your favourite novels. The ratio of staff to guests is one to one although you may never see the majority as they are working behind the scenes...

Absolutely stunning property. Service levels and staff are exceptional. Very impressed with the main buffet and other dining options in the property. The M6M experience is unique and very special. The only negatives I would point out is the dining at the Indian / Ceylon restaurant and the snorkelling experience at another resort was much better. at their house reef. Our other experience with another resort for snorkelling was far superior. The service standards are exceptional at this resort...

Perfect in every way
