"The thing I was most impressed with was how quick and easy the host would respond to any kind of inquiry I had. I arrived the first night much later than expected and was tired and crabby from the long drive. My mind was too sleepy and body too cold and tired to follow the easy arrival instructions so I messaged them for help and they immediately drove right over and let me in even though it was something I should've easily been able to do on my own. "We needed an affordable place to stay while visiting and this was just the ticket. Close to the airport and my late brother's home, but I put 300 miles on my rental car touring the area from this basement apartment. We stayed almost a week and while there were no comfortable couches or chairs, we were on the go a lot so it didn't matter and was just fine for our needs."
