"Las Rias really is the most wonderful location in Noosa. Set on the river looking straight up towards Tewantin it provides an ever-changing panorama of all the life that happens on the river. It has its own sandy beach and jetty which is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. There is also a lovely pool and jacuzzi. The unit was enormous and the balconies are very large too. "Great location, well-equipped apartment, good facilities and really comfortable. The outdoor garden was a real luxury and despite the pool renovations underway the apartment was super calm and quiet. The front desk reception staff were lovely and we really appreciated that they worked hard to enable us to check in much earlier - highly recommend!"

"This property is in an excellent location, just a short 5 min walk to Hastings St and the beach. We enjoyed our stay in a water view room. The unit was fairly compact but comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s showing some signs of wear and tear, but the location made up for it."
