"I was very thankful that Dighton, Kansas has this inn and the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. I planned ahead so this was no problem for me but currently there is no place to buy supper on Monday nights. But, there’s a restaurant at the Dighton Bowl that opens at 8am so I had a breakfast option for Tuesday morning. That same place to eat had a great daily special for my Tuesday lunch. I will definitely use the Dighton Inn again when I come to town to help the school district or whatever! "Easily the most comfortable, clean and well put together VRBO I've stayed in even close to this price range in Hays. A very solid remodel, not cheap, felt more like home than most. Very usable, good sized kitchen and loved the living room sectional. Dining room table and large bedrooms and comfortable beds. We will be back!"

We ended up sleeping downstairs on the reclining sofa because neither of us felt like going down the stairs at night would be safe (we are in our late 60s). No fault of the host at all but some people might appreciate knowing this. "

"Such an adorable venue! Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. I kept imagining what it would have been like to live there in the time period it was built. The hosts kept the charm intact. We did not know the upstairs was a separate unit that is also rentable as well. As expected for such an old home, the floors upstairs were creaky, but nothing terrible. I would love to book this annually for a visit with friends."
