The dock was easily accessible and the kids (teens) loved jumping into the river from it. The only thing that could be better would be the Wi-fi but There is good cell phone coverage. "

"We came down for a funeral and it was so nice to be able to stay in a quiet space where you can sit back on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness of the river. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing and so was being able to walk 20 feet to fish and/or paddle board. We would definitely stay again!"
