"They need to improve their customer services. I arrived at the hotel around 8PM tired after a long flight. Unfortunately, I took about 30mins for someone to receive me at the reception as there was no staff. I went to the room and after an hour the city power went off and their generator had an issue. I waited for about 3 hours without electricity so I had to leave the hotel and move somewhere else. Hope they can improve on these points but the hotel location is ideal."

"Extremely noisy Mac wine outside my window. TV Chanels were mostly scrambled - not the hotels fault. It's over-priced for its quality, but then anything in Liberia used by overseas visitors will prove to be so. A similar hotel in the US would struggle to charge $75."
