What’s the point to have a phone… 5. I ended up with a sore neck and a huge headache. The Housekeeping lady sympathized but could not do anything. The receptionist at the desk pretended it’s the first time she’d ever heard this complaint. I can’t believe it. Because, I have heard someone in another room screaming and a sound followed as if she was throwing the pillows and hit the walls… What’s the point to have a beautiful room while the essentials such as pillows, blanket/comforter, and mattress aren’t comfortable? "

"I was fairly concerned by other reviews I saw on this site, but I have no idea what their issues were. We had no issues at all, the location is quiet with some food nearby. The Paris Metro is a 15 minute walk downhill, which means 15 minutes back up the hill after a day exploring, but it was worth it. We stayed 3 nights here and really had no complaints. I would stay here again."
